Capture a locals discount for the 2010 Public Tasting & Auction (WineFest), scheduled
to transpire 12 noon - 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 13, 2010 and lend support to
the efforts of our charitable partner/benefactor, the United Way of the Lowcountry.
We encourage our local residents and business as well as those that visit us from
afar who attend the festival to unite and make a donation, of any denomination,
to support the United Way. What does your United Way donation mean to the Hilton
Head Island Wine & Food Festival? Locally (Beaufort or Jasper County) if you have
a donation recorded with the United Way of the Lowcountry on or before December
31, 2009 you are eligible to receive the locals discount for the Public Tasting
and Auction General Admission ticket (Sat, 3/13/10) at $30 per ticket [otherwise
$40 per ticket] or the Public Tasting and Auction Premium Admission ticket (Sat,
3/13/10) at $50 per ticket [otherwise $60 per ticket]. This is the only locals discount
program offered for this 2010 event. From afar, provide an official receipt from
your local United Way recorded at that agency on or before December 31, 2009 and
you are eligible to receive the locals discount for the Public Tasting and Auction
General Admission ticket (Sat, 3/13/10) at $30 per ticket [otherwise $40 per ticket].
Donations to the United Way of the Lowcountry can be made online at:

fathers, awards this scholarship to a resident of Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton or Colleton
County. The Hilton Head Hospitality Association (HHHA) scholarships are distributed
locally to the Technical College of the Lowcountry (TCL) and the University of South
Carolina Beaufort (USCB). A portion of the proceeds from the Live and Silent Auction
as part of the Public Tasting and Auction (Winefest) on Saturday, March 13, 2010
are dedicated to this scholarship fund.
