WELCOME VOLUNTEERS!
Thank you for expressing interest in becoming a volunteer
for the 2012 Hilton Head Wine & Food Festival taking place March
5th to 10th, 2012. Volunteers are vital
to the success of WineFest and we look forward to
working with you. Please click on the link below to
sign up. However, before signing up please read the
information listed below.

GENERAL VOLUNTEER GUIDELINES & REQUIREMENTS
YOU
MUST...
*Be at least 21 years of age to volunteer.
*Be friendly, helpful and professional
*Wear the assigned volunteer attire and identification during
your shift(s).
*Report on time and complete your entire shift.
*Be flexible with assigned jobs and duties.
*Help both staff and customers
*Notify your Team Captain or the volunteer coordinator if you
need to change your schedule.
*Understand that the use of alcohol and controlled or illegal
substances while on duty is prohibited and will result in the
immediate removal from Festival grounds.
*Agree to allow your photograph to be taken during your
volunteer activities and used in promotional materials.
*Not expect to attend the event.
We are looking for volunteers for the following
events.
1. Uncork the Festival: Friday January
27th, 2012
2. Grand Tasting & Silent Auction:
Friday March 9th, 2012
3. Wine & Food Festival: Saturday
March 10th, 2012

If you have physical limitations please indicate same under the
